How to Login My Intrum Portal
For claims with beneficiaries the Special Purpose Vehicles included in the portfolios*: Phoenix, Vega I, Vega II, Vega III, Sunrise I, Sunrise II, Sunrise III, Senna NPL Finance DAC, AP Hermes Securitisation S.À R.L., Petasos Financial Investor DAC
You can access your account via Piraeus e-banking using your existing credentials, or by obtaining new ones through Piraeus Bank.
For your convenience, after successfully logging in, select "Loans & Grants" - "Loans/Credits under the management of Intrum Hellas", and in just a few clicks you will be able to view your corresponding loans or credits.
*For claims with the Special Purpose Entity Piraeus SNF Designated Activity Company as the beneficiary, you can log in to Piraeus Bank's web banking platform (Piraeus e-banking).
For claims with beneficiaries the Special Purpose Vehicles included in the portfolios: Intrum Hellas DAC (Aeolus), Intrum Hellas 2 DAC, Alpheus Hellas DAC (Earth), Iris Hellas DAC & Intrum Hellas DAC (Eclipse)
Registration for the Customer Portal is completed via the welcome letter sent to the email address you provided to Intrum Hellas.
